The Staffing Supervisor leads and supervises the Staffing Specialist’s, is responsible for assessing staffing patterns across the agency and to create staffing schedules based on need and available resources to maximize capacity. The individual collaborates with CNO, ACNO and Nurse Managers to determine staffing needs and maintains a thorough knowledge of the current census in each program as well as staffing vacancy rates throughout the organization. The individual assists and manages in the assignment of pool and float staff schedule vacancies and staffing needs.

Qualifications:
Education: Associate degree Required/ Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field
Experience: Management and staffing experience required
Knowledge: Prefer knowledge base of clinical needs for staffing purposes. Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet programs. Communication with management and other departments necessary.
